E. Art Consulting art design to finish time
line:
- Initial meeting: Building walkthrough, Look
at finishes, determine artwork style, and budget
- Put together package of 2 Options that
incorporate budget, show pieces placed in their designated areas, choose frame
to accent artwork and space
- Presentation to go over options for the
space. Make final adjustments to art design/budget and fax a final quote to
client
- Sign off on project either through a signed
quote or purchase order. Require a 50% deposit to process.
- Order artwork/framing 3-4 week turn around
time. Can work within tight order to installation dates with nominal fees
- Contact client to set up delivery and
installation of artwork (installation times can range according to the number
of pieces ordered for the space)
- Follow up call to insure the client is happy
with the art and framing design
The
entire process generally takes 4-6 weeks.

- Charge a consulting fee
- Reuse the same idea from one corporate
environment to the next
- Limit our art source to one supplier, or
